“It’s okay to grieve. But you don’t have to lose yourself in it.”
I’m healing from the unexpected loss of my sister, one day at a time. And I’m here to help you understand your grief and find your way back to yourself too
This space is for anyone who’s tired of trying to be okay all the time.
If you’re here, I already know a few things about you:
• You’ve been carrying more than most people realize.
• You’re trying to heal, rebuild, or simply make it through the day, even when life keeps piling on.
• You want stability, clarity, and a life that feels like it belongs to you again.
• You’re overwhelmed by everything you’re “supposed” to manage while still showing up for others.
• You’re tired of pretending you’re fine when you’re hurting, grieving, or exhausted.
• You worry you’ve fallen behind, or that you should be further along by now.
• You’re capable, self-aware, and doing your best even on the days when your best looks different
“You don’t have to hold everything alone anymore.”
If you’re grieving, hurting, or trying to find your way back to yourself, you’re in the right place. I created this space while healing from the unexpected loss of my sister, and everything here is meant to help you understand your grief, feel less alone, and take gentle steps toward becoming yourself again.

From The Blog
Hey There…..
I’m Julia. Just a girl doing her best to heal, grow, and make sense of life after some really hard seasons. I’ve been through loss, overwhelm, and those quiet moments where something small suddenly reminds you of everything you’ve survived. If you’ve felt that too, you’re already my kind of person.
I’m not here as an expert. I’m here as someone who’s walked through the same storms you have, someone who still cries at random moments, still gets overwhelmed, and still blasts the Jonas Brothers when I need a mood boost.
I love the color turquoise, spending time with my boyfriend and dog, who has seen me through more healing than most people ever will. This space is where all of the softness, the honesty, the real life, comes together.
If you’re trying to rebuild, breathe, or just make it through the day, you’re in the right place. You don’t have to pretend here. You can just be human, and I’ll meet you there. This space is where we get to be real, honest, and human together. No pretending. No pressure. Just two people trying to heal and rebuild, one gentle step at a time.
